Tillman, Howard headline 2010 College Football Hall of Fame class
New York, NY (Sports Network) - Pat Tillman and Heisman Trophy winner Desmond Howard highlight the 2010 class for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame.
A total of 12 players and two coaches from the Football Bowl Subdivision (formerly Division I-A) were selected for this year's Hall of Fame class.
Joining the late Tillman and Howard in the 2010 class are North Carolina State defensive tackle Dennis Byrd, Arkansas center Ronnie Caveness, Texas A&M defensive lineman Ray Childress, UCLA offensive guard Randy Cross, USC running back Sam Cunningham, Purdue quarterback Mark Herrmann, Duke wide receiver Clarkston Hines, Navy defensive back Chet Moeller, LSU halfback Jerry Stovall, and Colorado linebacker Alfred Williams.
Wisconsin's Barry Alvarez and Gene Stallings are the class' coaches.
