It is offical Bet Phoenix buys Skybook

Post  junkman on Sun Jun 06, 2010 1:18 pm

Skybook moved to the BetPhoenix platform at the start of last month. The relationship began as a hosting and service arrangement. BetPhoenix said today that they officially own Skybook Sportsbook and stand for Skybook player balances.

Great news for Skybook players!

I think in the next few months we are going to see even more consolidation in the industry. With places like Bookmaker, 5Dimes, BetPhoenix to name a few leading the way. These books have been well run for a long time and have the capital to do these things. The smaller books just cant make it in todays market

The way the bokks have been getting beat up since the end of football, it was looking pretty obvious the smaller shops would be in a tremendous struggle.........Good to see the stronger books stepping in for sure
